Ex-Ghana star Karim Zito has backed Jordan Ayew to steer struggling Aston Villa from relegation.
Villa recorded a surprise 2-0 win over Norwich City to breath unexpected life into the side's survival mission.
Ayew is currently serving a suspension following his reckless on West Ham's Aaron Cresswell.
But ex-Ghana international Karim Zito has backed the Black Star striker to lead the side's relegation battle.
“Jordan Ayew steer Aston Villa out of the drop if the rest of his team mates intensify their work output to support his good work" he said "He has the character and the quality and must keep his concentration level high.
"He must not be satisfied with the current performances but try to reach higher level and do more."
