Liberty Professionals midfielder Kennedy Ashia says he is waiting for a move that will take him back to Europe after a disappointing spell in Sudan.

The former Ghana U-20 star recently joined Liberty Professionals after seeing his contract with Sudanese side Al Hilal terminated.

Having played with Norwegian side BK Brann in the past Ashia says he is looking forward to securing a similar move back to Europe.

“You know I re-joined Liberty until the end of the season. If I get a good contract from Europe I will move,” he told reporters.

“There have been some few offers but I am still looking at other options. I don’t want to rush now,I want to finish the season with Liberty.

“But it is possible I will move to Europe at the end of the season. I just hope everything goes on well for me.”

He has played in all games in the second round of the season for the Dansoman based club.
