Kenpong Travel and Tours (KT&T) held an orientation over the weekend to educate their clients over their travel plans for the 2014 World Cup.

The Ghanaian travel agency are sending an estimated 500 clients to Brazil to support the Black Stars in their third successive campaign at the world show piece.

The clients were addressed and taking through travel conventions after which they were addressed by resource persons on security and medical issues.

Chief Executive Officer of KT&T Kennedy Agyapong says the orientation forms part of several innovations from his firm to offer the best of services to Ghanaians at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

“We want to ensure a hitch free World Cup hence this orientation exercise, we want our clients to experience the best of packages being offered,” he said.

“This is just one of the several Red Carpet treats we will offering to our cherished clients in Brazil.”

KT&T also announced an agreement with telecommunication giants Vodafone to offer quality and affordable communications services for clients.

The travelling party from KT&T will be accompanied by security expert Isaac Koomson and doctor James Quartey to deal with problems within the sectors of their specialty.
