Kevin-Prince Boateng will become the first reinforcement for AC Milan in January after besting in their 1-0 win over Inter in the Trofeo San Nicola Cup on Tuesday evening.

Boateng, 28, played full throttle for the side without experiencing any discomfort.

The Ghana international has been hugely hailed in the Italian media after churning an outstanding display against their bitter rivals.

The Schalke outcast will be signed by the Rossoneri with Milan officials confirming he’s made the grade.

The former Portsmouth star was frozen out at Schalke following a difficult campaign last season coupled with disciplinary issues.

But it appears he would have his wish of re-joining his dream following botched moves to Sporting Lisbon and Al Ittihad Jeddah.
