Kevin Prince Boateng promises to dance moonwalk if AC Milan win title

Ghana midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng has promised to dress as Michael Jackson and ''dance the moonwalk'' should his Italian side AC Milan win the Serie A title.

Milan are on the brink of claiming the Scudetto for the first time in seven years with an eight-point gap separating them from second-placed city-rivals Inter with four games to play.

Ghana international Boateng has proved a key figure in the Rossoneri's run to the title, which would end Inter's five consecutive league crowns.

''If we were to win the Scudetto, I will dance the moonwalk dressed as Michael Jackson, hopefully on the pitch,'' Boateng told Gazzetta dello Sport.

''I have never won anything important in my career. The Scudetto would be a great conquest.''

Boateng moved to Italy in the summer from Portsmouth, where he missed a penalty in last year's FA Cup final, which they lost 1-0 to Chelsea.

And the 24-year-old is hoping for some redemption in Italy's Coppa Italia this season with the club's semi-final against Palermo poised at 2-2 heading into the second leg next month.

Asked if Milan were capable of doing the Double, Boateng said: ''Absolutely yes. They are both realisable objectives. For character alone I want to win any game in any competition.''
