Ghanaian midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng wants Ronaldo at AC Milan

Ghanaian midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng has given AC Milan plenty to think about ahead of the summer transfer window by admitting he would love to see Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo at the club.

Ronaldo, 26, has been rumoured to be on Silvio Berlusconi’s wish list after the president said he had a strong liking for the former Manchester United man, who has scored 29 goals in as many matches in la Liga this term.

Real Madrid are less than likely to let him leave though, and Milan themselves have toned down the speculation in recent weeks.

Asked by La Gazzetta dello Sport on the matter, Boateng, 24, said Ronaldo would be the perfect player to partner stars like Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Antonio Cassano.

“I love him as a player on and off the pitch,” Boateng said.

“He is unique, alongside Lionel Messi, to represent football on a 360 degree level. What I admire most is his ability to deal with pressure. If he arrived I would be happy.”

Serie A leaders Milan travel to Brescia on Saturday hoping to add to their six-point lead as they attempt to clinch the league title this season.
