King Faisal have been cleared of two Ghana Football Association misconduct charges.

Faisal were charged for their conduct in the MTN FA Cup quarter-final fixture against Aduana Stars on 27th April, 2014 in Dormaa.

But the Disciplinary Committee ruling stated that the prosecution failed to establish any case of misconduct against King Faisal.

The Club will first have to respond to the charge of misconduct after their officials wore T-shirts with logo and branding of a sponsor of a different competition without prior consent and approval of the Ghana Football Association.

The second count is their refusal and neglect to wear the MTN FA Cup sponsor's logo and branding on their strips without the prior consent and approval of the Ghana Football Association.
