The Romanian trainer was found guilty following investigation into his behavior during their league match against Hearts of Oak in Kumasi on 16 March.

He was found guilty for repeated infringements by the Disciplinary Committee in accordance with Article 41 of the Disciplinary Code of the GFA.

Earlier in the season, Marin was cautioned for misconduct during the match between Inter Allies and King Faisal FC played at the Tema Sports Stadium on 26 February where he was expelled for a similar offence.
