King Faisal have been fined at total of GH¢2,750 (US$ 1,250) for unprofessional behaviour by the Premier League Board.

The Kumasi-based side reported 11 minutes late in their match against Bechem United at the Bechem Park on 5 February which is in violation of Article 23(1)(a) of the GFA Regulations.

Faisal was fined GH¢1,250 for that incident.

The club also incurred a cost of GH¢1,500 for the misconduct by officials.

The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association has also cautioned the club’s president Alhaji Karim Gruzah to refrain from acts that brings the Game of Football into disrepute.

In their game with Inter Allies at the Tema Stadium on 26 February Gruzah and head coach Dorian Marin were found guilty in separate incidents during and after a league game.

Dorian, who was sent off for displaying a very bad temperament with occasional gestures, in a fit of anger, deliberately raised one of the plastic chairs meant for the Technical Bench and smashed it to the ground, thereby damaging it completely.

Gruzah and some officials of the team, after the final whistle followed the Match Officials to their dressing room and hurled insults and curses at them.

Though they were sacked by the Police on duty, they later returned to cast insinuations and issuing various threat to the Match Officials.
