King Faisal President Alhaji Karim Grusah is asking for protection as his side face Aduana Stars in the midweek Premier League clash on Wednesday.

The out-spoken veteran football administrator has been told his security cannot be guaranteed in Dormaa – the venue for the midweek game.

Alhajio Grusah is however bent on joining his team’s travelling party to Dormaa for the match.

He has thus written to the Ghana FA to seek extra security support for the match on Wednesday.

“I write in my capacity as the owner and founder of King Faisal Football Club to humbly report utterances made by one Mr. Yaw BA management member of Aduana Stars FC that the club and its management cannot guarantee my safety in our league fixture on Wednesday 26th March, 2014,” the letter to the Ghana FA read.

“I write to bring to the notice of the GFA/PLB following recent issues concerning football riots and wish the FA beef up security at the venue.”

King Faisal are just a place above the relegation zone and are desperate to clinch some points against Aduana who are just a place above bottom club Ebusua Dwarfs.
