King Faisal to keep faith with coach Stephen Abugri

Coach Stephen Abugril will be retained as the head coach of King Faisal, outgoing Chief Executive Vincent Sowah –Odotei has revealed.

The University graduate masterminded Faisal’s return to the top flight after just a season in the lower division.

They beat former Premier League campaigners Sekondi Hasaacas 2-0 in their zone 11 replay at the Tema Sports stadium to book their return to the elite division and the club’s outgoing boss is backing coach Abugri to be retained.

“He (Abugri) has done very well and he will be maintained to continue with his good works,” Odotei told Accra-based Happy FM

“He came in at a crucial time and never disappointed us. It doesn’t make sense to replace him at all,”

Abugri supervised 11 matches for the Kumasi-based club without a defeat.

its a gud decision to maintain him,but he needs a good assistant to support him,,,i will suggest , king faisal go in for de dare devil coach sabuto,,,it will be a perfect pair,,,
