Koomson and Kwoffie hand Medeama injury boost

Medeama duo Francis Larbi Koomson and Hans Kwoffie have begun full-scale training after recovering from injuries.

The two players have been sidelines for the past three months after suffering various degrees of injuries during the first half of the season.

Kwoffie completely broke his hand during a Premier League game against Ebusua Dwarfs while Koomson has not been involved since he suffered a knee injury last November.

“We are very happy to welcome the two players back to training and we thank everybody who supported them during the difficult period,” PRO Stephen Pennah told medeamasc.com

“We believe the return of the two players will boost our chances of winning the Premier League crown.

“Both players are fit and ready to continue from where they left off.”

It is however unclear if they will be involved in Sunday’s big game against Hearts at the Tarkwa and Aboso Park.
