Kotoko announce Ransford Osei capture

Asante Kotoko have confirmed the signing of Ghana striker Ransford Osei. 

The 21-year-old becomes the latest big-name signing to join the Premier League champions.

Osei signed a one-and-a-half year contract after passing a medical on Wednesday morning.

He has since left for Accra to prepare himself to join up with his new teammates in camp in Adukrom.

''Ransford Osei concluded his medical this morning after which he signed on to join Asante Kotoko,'' the club's spokesman Listowell Yesu Bukarson toldAccra-based Hot FM.

The former Ghana U-17 and U-20 star joins a host of big-name signings to join the Kumasi-based club this off-season.

Rashid Sumaila, Richard Mpong, Kwaben Edusei and Seidu Bancey have all joined Kotoko for the upcoming season.
