The Board of Directors of Asante Kotoko is still in consultation over the formation of a management team and personnel for its administrative structure.Ã
The clubââ¬â¢s official newspaper Asante Kotoko Express on Tuesday claimed a board meeting over the weekend could not decide on anything concrete.
Board Chairman, Paul Adu Gyamfi, revealed that, something definite would be coming out soon but the Board Chairman couldnââ¬â¢t give an exact time when Kotoko will have a substantive Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in addition to a properly established administrative structure.
Since September 2013, Opoku Nti has been acting as the General Manager of Kotoko with support from George Kennedy who has been in-charge of operations.
Ntiââ¬â¢s initial three-month mandate expired in December 2013 but he was given a renewal until further notice.
Previously, until the Executive Chairman, Dr. K. K. Sarpong resigned in July 2013; the club had offices such as Administrative Manager, Media and Supporters Relations Manager, Projects Manager and International Relations Manager.
