Captain of Asante Kotoko Amos Frimpong is in buoyant mood ahead of the side's Ghana Premier League clash with Medeama SC on Sunday.

The Porcupine Warriors will welcome Medeama SC to the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on match day 21 of the Ghana Premier League with the hope of extending their striking form under coach Steve Polack.

The premier giants are yet to taste a defeat under their English gaffer after eight games in-charge, including two MTN FA Cup matches and last Sunday's President's Cup victory over bitterest rivals Hearts of Oak.

And Frimpong has urged their teeming supporters to troop to the stadium in their numbers to enliven them as they aim to add the Mauve and Yellows to their recent casualties.

"We always want to make  our supporters happy, so they should come to the Stadium to support us," Amos told Fox FM

"We will not disappoint them against Medeama, we are focused to clinch all the three points.

Kotoko are in fourth position with 32 points after match-day twenty.
