Asante Kotoko head coach David Duncan says he has not abandoned his famous white shirt for a green one despite being seen in a green lacoste in his last three games.

The former Free State Stars and AshGold trainer has been wearing a green lacoste which has coincided with his side’s last three wins.

Duncan who is famous for always wearing a neatly ironed white shirt has since stuck to a  green lacoste after winning a pulsating encounter against AshGold at the Kumasi Sports Stadium a few weeks ago.

He repeated the dose against rivals Hearts of Oak which his side won.

The green  lacoste was also in full force in the comfortable 3-1 victory against Wa All Stars.

But despite the growing impact of the green lacoste Duncan insists he is forced to repeat it due to the erratic power supply in the country.

“I did not disregard wearing my white shirt because I was not winning in it,” Duncan said

‘”I have been unable to wear the white one because I have been affected by Dumsor.”
