Kotoko coach David Duncan is demanding an improved home performance from his side ahead of the resumption of the Ghana Premier League on June 7.

The defending champions have bee far from convincing in Kumasi this term after recording three wins, four draws and a defeat to arch-rivals Hearts of Oak.

And coach Duncan is demanding an improved performance from his players in the Garden City to enhance their fortunes.

“It is no question of seeking to. We don’t have a choice,” he said.

“I will not be seeking to change something that is good. It’s bad. Definitely, we would like to change that trend at home.

“That is exactly what we will do. Especially when, under normal circumstances, that place is supposed to be our fortress. Under normal circumstances, Kotoko is supposed to be picking points – even away.

“So if at a place where you must be guaranteed your three points, you don’t get, I consider that an abnormality. It’s absurd!”
