Asante Kotoko coach Maxwell Konadu is excited with the strike partnership of Ahmed Toure and Nathaniel Asamoah.

The two attackers have turned out to be the source of goals for the club this term having knocked 7 goals in four games between them.

The two players were on target in Kotoko’s 2-0 win over Heart of Lions on Sunday to maintain their unbeaten run in the top-flight league.

Konadu is raving about the striking ethics of the two marksmen.

“I am happy particularly with the strike partnership of Toure and Nat and that for me will prove crucial to our quest to win the title this season,” Konadu said.

"The understanding between them is amazing and they’re gradually going to be the two most feared strike partners in the league.

"The players are beginning to understand how important it will be for us to keep winning and keep our heads above waters.

"We haven’t peaked yet but I believe when we get to that level, there will be more to come from them."

Kotoko's next match is against Berekum Arsenals at the Golden City Park.
