Asante Kotoko coach Mas-Ud Dramani has welcomed Herbert Addo upon his appointment as Hearts of Oak coach and looking forward to battling it out with him next season.
Addo was unveiled on Wednesday and tasked to end the clubââ¬â¢s five-year trophy drought, which will mean toppling champions and arch-rivals Kotoko.
He last won the title in 2010 when he guided debutants Aduana Stars to conquer both Hearts and Kotoko.
Dramani, who has led the Porcupine Warriors to win the last two Ghana Premier League titles, says Addoââ¬â¢s credentials will make the competition for the title keener.
ââ¬ÅHerbert is an experienced man with a good track record that speaks well for him,â⬠Dramani told GHANASoccernet.com
ââ¬ÅI really wish him well and look forward to facing him.
ââ¬ÅWe at Kotoko have our objectives and that doesnââ¬â¢t change no matter what so as for targets itââ¬â¢s the same as it was before.ââ¬
Dramani is in his third season at the club and faces an arduous task of defending the league and cup double.
