Ghanaian champions Asante Kotoko are undecided over their participation in this year’s GHALCA Top 4 tournament due to an impending Europe tour.

The Porcupine Warriors are working on touring Spain to prepare for the start of the upcoming First Capital Plus Ghana Premier League.

GHANASoccernet.com investigations have revealed that management is divided with some section calling for them to withdraw from the pre-season tournament.

“The only problem we have with our Europe tour is that our Spanish visas are not ready,” a Kotoko insider told Ghanasoccernet.com

“Had the visas been ready we would have long been gone.

“The tournament comes at a time we also have plans to prepare our team, so it’s really a head ache if we get our visas it will be extremely difficult for us to stay behind.”

The Top 4 tournament will be heavily damaged if the Kotoko pull out.

Coach Mas-Ud Dramani is bent of preparing his team adequately for the CAF Champions League and sees the trip to Europe as the adequate means of whipping his side into tip-top form.

Kotoko were eliminated CAF Champions League to minors BYC from Liberia but won the league and the FA Cup.
