Kotoko could gazump rivals Hearts of Oak for Medeama duo Hans Kwoffie and Foli Adade, GHANAsoccernet.com can reveal.
Adade, a goalkeeper and Kwoffie a striker, are believed to be nearing moves to Hearts after the capital-based side made an official approach for their services.
The two Medeama players have repeatedly been linked with Hearts but are yet to seal any move whatsoever to Accra.
Hearts are back in the midst again this season and look serious contenders to prize away the two men from Tarkwa.
However, GHANAsoccernet.com understands Kotoko are also interested in the goalkeeper to replace Soulama Abdoulaye who is believed to be on his way out of the club while seeking to sign Kwoffie to replace Seidu Bancey.
The two clubs will clash over the impressive players as the transfer market hottens up ahead of the new season.
