Kotoko have been boosted by news that defender Abeiku Ainooson could return against Bechem United on Sunday.
Ainooson, 23, has been sidelined with an injury since the 2-1 win over Ebusua Dwarfs at the Baba Yara stadium.
The workaholic centre-back is set to return against a highly-rated Bechem United side in the First Capital Plus Premier League after recovering from the setback.
The champions have struggled without the strong defender which has seen them drop valuable points at home.

The CHAN star has formed a solid partnership with Kwabena Edusei since he arrived from New Edubiase at the start of the season.
