Ghana Premier League leaders Asante Kotoko have teased arch rivals Hearts of Oak for their superstitious practice before Sunday's derby in Accra.

Before kick-off, two men identified in the colours of Hearts of Oak, swept the half of the pitch where their players warmed up with a broom tied with a club paraphernalia.

The brooms was supposed to have given Hearts two goals; one in the first five minutes and one in the last three minutes.

The scene shocked the over 30,000 fans who were at the Accra Sports Stadium for first leg encounter of the 'Super Clash'.

The match ended 0-0 after both sides failed to create a lot of scoring chances.

Hearts have been criticized this season for their belief in superstition after another incident in Cape Coast against Dwarfs cost the club a 1,250 Ghana cedi fine.

The club refused to present two players-Mahatma Otoo and Uriah Asante for inception but explained they were in the washroom.

The duo was later found behind the stadium gate and was prevented by Dwarfs fans from joining their team for kick-off.

Hearts lost the said match 1-0 and toppled over at the summit of the table.
