Striker Eric Bekoe aims to emerge top goal scorer in the Ghanaian Premier League once more again.

The 25-year-old returned to Asante Kotoko in a bid to revive his career after spending three years in Egypt with Petrojet.

The former Heart of Lions hitman left Ghana as the Goal King and says he aims to recapture that feat upon his return.

"Every striker I believe targets to leave his imprint on any competition and that is what I intend doing," he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

"Of course I want to emerge the top scorer again to ensure I leave my name bolden in the history books.

"Therefore I believe my colleagues will help me achieve this while we also win titles for Kotoko this season."

Bekoe will get the opportunity to tests his striking instincts in the Top Four competition - where he first rose to prominence.

This year's edition of the Top Four which is expected to start on September 15 will be contested by Asante Kotoko, AshGold, Hearts of Oak and Medeama.
