Asante Kotoko have signed a three-year sponsorship deal worth 216,000 Ghana cedis (US$ 144,000) with Fidelity Bank.

This brings to six the number of sponsorship deals the Dr. K. K. Sarpong administration has brokered for Kotoko over the last one year.

Both parties signed the deal on Wednesday in a colourful ceremony which was attended by Akyempimhene Nana Adusei Poku, the representative for the club's Life Patron Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.

"The bank would be helping the club to mobilize its massive support base and gather appropriate data to raise funds," Kotoko spokesperson Listowell Bukarson said.

Fidelity Bank has five branches in the Ashanti Region.

The sponsorship deal comes at a time Kotoko are in form in the Ghana Premier League where they are leaders after four rounds of matches.
