Ghana striker Ben Acheampong has emerged as à a target of Belgian top-flight side Beerschot FC
Beerschot manager Adrie Koster is keen to add the Asante Kotoko red-hot to his squad after impressing on his debut campaign for the Porcupine Warriors.
He played a key role for the Kumasi-based side in their Premier League triumph.
He dislodged Ivorian striker Ahmed Toure during the second half of the season.
But the ex-All Stars attacker wants to remain coy on his future as speculations begin to mount.
ââ¬ÅI know there are some European clubs monitoring my performances,â⬠Acheampong said
ââ¬ÅBut at the moment, I am not in a position to comment on this (Beerschot) link even though I am aware of their interest.
ââ¬ÅI just won a League title with Kotoko and currently here in the Black Stars camp to help Ghana beat Lesotho and Zambia.
ââ¬ÅI just want to concentrate fully on the national cause first and then we see what happens later,ââ¬
The 22-year-old is part of the Black Stars squad that will play in the 2014 World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Zambia.
