Asante Kotoko are through to the semi-final of the MTN FA Cup after beating Heart of Lions 3-1 in extra-time on Wednesday night.
Both teams failed to score in regulation time but it was Nathaniel Asamoah who opened the scoring four minutes in the first half before Samad Oppong and Ahmed Toure found the back of the net.
Gilbert Fiamenyo got a consolation late into the match.
Kotoko will now face the winner of the All Stars/Medeama SC quarter-final clash.
In the other quarter-final on Wednesday, Abedi Pele's Nania FC beat D'International 1-0.
