Asante Kotoko will play rivals AshantiGold on 20 September at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in for the Otumfuo Cup.
The friendly game is part of activities to mark the Kotoko's 80th anniversary.
My Sports Organisation is putting it together in collaboration with the Despite Group of companies.
“All is set for the launch and the match itself in Kumasi,†chairman Anim Addo said.
"We are looking forward to a big game, 80 years in an club’s life is no mean an achievement. We are putting things in place to give the club a befitting anniversary match.â€
