Kotoko will play Eleven Wise on Friday and Istanbul on Sunday

By Patrick Akoto

Kotoko will continue their build-up to the upcoming season with a routine pre-season friendly against Eleven Wise on Friday.

The Porcupine warriors are still assessing their new recruits and the friendly at the Gyandu Park in Sekondi will afford the technical handers the chance continuously monitor those on the fringes.

The Ghanaian League champions have been involved in series of low-profile friendlies in a bid to put the team in top shape ahead of their title defence.

This will be the first pre-season friendly being engaged by the Kumasi-based club in the Western Region after playing matches across the southern part of the country.

They have played matches in Adukrom, Swedru, Oda, Koforidua, Tema and Cape Coast.

Kotoko will also engage Division One League campaigners Istanbul on Sunday at Koforidua.
