Kotoko will be without influential duo Ollenu Ashitey and Michael Akuffu ahead of the Super Clash against rivals Hearts on Sunday.
The two players are yet to recover from injuries sustained during a fatal accident three weeks ago.
The club has confirmed the pair won't be available for the clash against their sworn rivals at the Baba Yara stadium.
Kotoko will return to competitive action for the first time since the unfortunate accident which claimed one life.
