Ghana defender Kwabena Adusei has confirmed his departure from Mpumalanga Black Aces and insists his contract was terminated by mutual consent.

KickOff.com was informed the 28-year-old defender was handed his clearance yesterday following a meeting with the club's management.

Adusei will now head home to Ghana before deciding on his next move.

"There are no issues at all, it was by mutual consent," Adusei tells this website.

"I am going home. I am not rushing at anything. I will see if I can continue playing in South Africa or in Europe.

"I can join any team at any time because I am a free agent now."
