Versatile Juventus midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah has attributed their convincing 2-0 win over arch rivals AC Milan in the Italian Serie A over the weekend.

Asamoah was handed a starting berth in place of injured Brazilian left back Alex Sandro in the crunch clash at the Giuseppe Meazza.

The 28-year-old did more than enough for the Bianconeri as he assisted Gonzalo Higuain's second goal of the encounter.

The former Udinese ace says their victory over the Rossoneri was ascribed to hard work but calls for much improvement in their subsequent matches.

"We know the strength of Milan, we've worked so hard these days. We try not to give too many crosses in the area, but you can always improve and there is still a lot to do."
