Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah is facing an uncertain future at Italian giants Juventus who are plotting a double swoop for Chelsea stars Juan Cuadrado and Ramires.

The talented Ghana star has not played for the Serie A for about one year now because of some knee operations he has had after a serious injury.

The Daily Mail report that the Italian side have made an enquiry and are awaiting the Blues' response.

The arrive of the two players will limit opportunities for Kwadwo who is fighting to return to action to seize a position in defence or midfield of the Old Lady.

The Chelsea duo struggled for game time last season but Jose Mourinho has insisted he wants to keep them.

Cuadrado signed for the Blues in January in a £24million deal.

But the Colombia winger only made four starts for the Stamford Bridge side.

Ramires meanwhile signed for Chelsea in 2010 but struggled with injury last season.

Kwadwo was a key player for Juventus before injury struck and his position was taken by ex Manchester United star Patrice Evra.
