Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah says he feel proud of the achievement of his second-in-command Maxwell Konadu after he guided the home-based Stars to reach the CHAN final.
The Ghanaians produced a solid defensive display to dispatch off West African rivals Nigeria 4-1 on penalties to set-up a final showdown against Libya in Cape Town on Saturday.
The Black Stars did well to overcome Kwabena Aduseiââ¬â¢s 64th minute red card to hold the Super Eagles to a 0-0 draw after extra-time.
Konadu, has come in for massive praise for his tactical disposition and his boss Kwesi Appiah has revealed he feels proud of his countryman.

ââ¬ÅHe deserves commendation because people said many things about this team but continues to prove people wrong.ââ¬
Ghana will contest Libya for the second time in the tournament for the ultimate prize on Saturday.
