Striker Kwesi Appiah will begin training with Reading after his international involvement with Ghana.

The 24-year-old has been loaned out to the Royals for the remainder of the season as he goes in search of regular first team football.

Appiah, who recently put pen to paper to further extend his contract at Crystal Palace has made just 10 appearances for the Eagles since his arrival from Margate in 2012.

His temporal move to Reading is the latest in a series of similar loan moves to Cambridge United, Notts County and AFC Wimbledon.

Appiah is currently with the Black Stars team for the international friendlies against Senegal and Mali in France.

He appears to be a mainstay on the Ghana team since impressing at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.

A return for Appiah from the latest international break will now see him train with his new side Reading.
