Lamine Nasir says his presence boosted Edubiase to down Kotoko

New Edubiase United experienced midfielder Lamine Nasir believes his presence had a greater on the impact on the club's 2-1 victory over regional rivals Asante Kotoko on Wednesday.

The former Ashanti Gold SC player featured for New Edubiase United for the first time this season after leaving the club at the end of last season.

He rejoind the club during the second transfer period and eventually scored the match winner against Kotoko.

"Since I'm a former captain of the club, most of the boys know me already so when I speak they listen," he told GHANASoccernet.com

"On the field when there are senior players, they direct and give instructions to the juniors to move the team forward.  It aided us to beat Asante Kotoko."
