Laryea Kingston praised for his work ethic at Hearts

Hearts of Oak midfielder Laryea Kingston has been singled out for praise by the club's goalkeepers' trainer Abubakar Damba for his work ethic.

The 31-year-old has shown exemplary life on the training ground worth emulating by his team mates.

His energy and assertiveness has caught the eyes of the technical team.

''When it comes to training, Laryea does not joke around at all and that has been his hallmark since he returned to the squad,'' Damba told the club's official newspaper.

''He has seen it all and we all thought that he was going to be a problem because he might feel too big to kowtow to us but that has never been the case.

''As a footballer, all you need apart from your prayers is good training and he is always first to report to training even he is not with us in camp.''

Kingston joined Hearts in January on a free transfer.
