Las Palmas manager Paco Herrera has praised Ghana winger Wakaso Mubarak for his versatility following his side's 2-0 win over Sevilla on Wednesday night. 

The on-loan Rubin Kazan' midfielder started his first game for the Yellows and played full throttle as they cruised to an important win over giants Sevilla.

Manager Herrera has hailed for the former Espanyol winger for his performance following his influence in the crucial win.

"In his part, Wakaso who was really active during the game. He had a great game, but he was an impulsive player in the second-half but though throughout the second half he he was quiet and has given us the ability to press harder in attack," he explained the coach.

Wakaso is on a season-long loan from Russian Premier League side Rubin Kazan' and is expected to use his experience in the Spanish top-flight to help Las Palmas maintain their status in the league.
