Lazio demand €27 million for Candreva

Published on: 20 December 2015

Lazio president Claudio Lotito has slapped a €27 million price-tag on the head of Antonio Candreva.

Candreva, who has been attracting attention from the likes of Inter, as well as European champions Barcelona, is under contract at the Stadio Olimpico until 2019, and Lotito is reluctant to see him leave.

As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Biancocelesti will remain stubborn on their evaluation of the Italian international, though they might be willing to accept a lower fee in exchange for a player.

Andrea Ranocchia has been suggested as a potential arrival in part exchange for Candreva, with Inter deeming the price set by Lazio to be too high.

The 28-year-old has featured in 12 of Lazio’s Serie A matches so far this season, managing to contribute just one goal in the process.
