Striker Emmanuel Baffour is adamant he will join Hearts of Oak only if the offer made to his current side, New Edubiase is rewarding enough.

The Phobians have declared the current leading goal scorer in the Premier League as their no.1 transfter target during the January transfer period amidst interests from other clubs locally and abroad.

Baffour who has scored 11 goals in 12 games so far this season says he will have no problem joining the heavyweight’s but only if terms are satisfactorily concluded with Edubiase.

“I am aware of interests from Hearts of Oak and I know talks are ongoing with respect to a possible move in January,” he told Takoradi-based Melody FM.

“I only pray the talks are successful so I join Hearts but only of Edubiase are satisfied with Hearts’ offer and subsequently release me.”

Hearts of Oak on the other hand have stated their determination to strengthen its squad with quality January acquisitions following the club’s share flotation which raked in a little over 2.5m Ghana cedis.
