Legend Abedi Pele gets to serve on CAF's Committee for Youth Africa Cups of Nations

Three-time African Footballer of the Year Abedi Pele gets to serve on CAF's Committee for Youth Africa Cups of Nations for the next four years.

The ex-Ghana captain is among a 30-member committee headed by South African guru Danny Joordan as president.

His deputies are Almamy Kabele and Edward Ngaissona.

They will organize the CAF U17, U20, and U23 tournaments.

Pele's nomination was aided by Ghana FA president Kwesi Nyantakyi who is CAF 1st vice president.
