Ex-Ghana international Mohammed Polo has ruled himself out of a future job with any of the national teams by claiming he fears for his life.

Polo has been an avid critic of the Ghana FA for overlooking him for any of the national team jobs over the past years.

The 'dribbling magician' as he is nicknamed, has cut his long-cherished dream saying it doesn't interest him anymore.

The ex-Hearts of Oak talisman had long eyed coaching stints with any of the junior national teams but now wants to focus his attention on spotting and grooming talents.

'Seriously I don't want to coach of the national teams anymore because I don’t want any pressure and don't want to die," Polo told Happy FM Sports.

''I want to concentrate of looking for talents and helping them to grow those talents. In the past I wanted to coach any of the national team, but I'm no more interested."

''I want to follow in the footsteps of the likes of Sly Tetteh who were quiet and doing a lot of things behind the scenes to help grow and promote the game,'' he added.
