Leicester boss Craig Shakespeare: We\'re not yet safe

Leicester City boss Craig Shakespeare feels they're not yet safe.

Shakespeare has rejuvenated the ailing champions by bagging three wins from his three games in the league.

Now they have two home games in four days against Stoke and Sunderland knowing five wins would take them to the 36-point mark many feel will be enough to ensure safety.

But he said: “I think it is good for us because of the exploits over recent weeks and the energy we have had to use. It is coming at a good time.

“Of course we have players away on international duty, so you are always frightened of them coming back injured.

“We need them coming back healthy and fit, but in terms of the others it gives us the opportunity to rest them and have a few training days and a few recovery days."
