Let's not rest on our laurels as league goes on break- Elmina Sharks skipper tells teammates

Elmina Sharks captain Mohammed Tetteh Nortey has warned his teammates not to rest on their laurels after a flying start to the season as the Ghana Premier League goes on a week break.

The league debutantes are flying high on the league log after 8 games as they occupy 5th position with 12 points.

However, as the Ghana Premier League takes a temporal break for the round of 64 of the MTN FA Cup to be cleared coming 24th, 25th, and 26th of March and will return April 1, the club's skipper Tetteh Nortey has cautioned his colleagues not to let their guard down during that period.

In an interview with Kumasi-based Ash FM, Tetteh Nortey declared, “It won’t worry us at all as players, we just need to follow the training routine of our coaches just like we have been doing all this while, we just need to keep same determination going into games”
