Liberty Professionals coach George Lamptey has credited their solid home form to fair officiating.

The Scientific Soccer Lads have not lost a home game since returning to their traditional grounds in Dansoman.

Liberty’s good form has seen them rise to 9th in the Ghanaian top flight even though they7 remain in danger of getting relegated.

The side has however struggled to replicate similar form on the road in the Premier League.

And coach Geroge Lamptey has blamed his side’s poor away form on ‘unfair’ officiating.

“I think at home we get fair officiating,” he told Radio Gold.

“Nowadays when you go away, the officiating is not that good and the attitude of the referees discourages the team.

“But at home they [referees] do their job well.”
