Liberty Professionals captain Kennedy Ashia has held talks with giants Kotoko, Hearts and Ashantigold over a possible transfer next season.

Ashia, 22, ha confirmed he will not renew his contract with the capital-based side which nears expiration.

The former Ghana Under-20 midfielder has revealed he’s held discussions with local powerhouses Kotoko, Hearts and newly-crowned champions Ashantigold.

“Yes, Hearts, AshGold and Asante Kotoko are chasing my signature and I am currently discussing that with my manager to know which of these clubs I would be playing for next season,” he told Solar FM

“There is always enormous pressure and expectations playing for the bigger clubs as fans would always demand for better results and would get on your neck when it doesn’t go well.

And so I am well cushioned to do my desired best for any local club I find myself at. I am ready for bigger challenges.

The midfielder has raked in 32 goals for the scientific soccer lads in six seasons.
