Liberty Professionals skipper Samuel Sarfo has thrown away claims that his form was distracted by his work as a police man.

The Dansoman based club needed a 3-1 victory over Bechem United on the final day to secure their Premier League status.

Their form in the second half was a sharp contrast to the imperious form shown in the first half of the season.

"It's never true that my police service work did affect my game outings in the just ended league season,” Sarfo said

“You could clearly see that I was very vibrant for my side throughout the league campaign.”

"I did my possible best to help my club by putting in much energy in playing our game matches.”

“So for people to be saying or thinking that I was having a divided attention whilst playing in our matches is something I'll not budge as I'm satisfied with our output as well."
