HOW DO U EXPLAIN LATE ARRIVAL OF VOTING MATERIALS? EVEN IN NORTH AMERICA, VOTING ISNT DONE WITH THIS FOOLISH BIOMETRIC REGISTRATION BULLSHIT. THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION ALREADY HAS UR NAME AND ADDRESS ON A SHEET OF PAPER AT THE POLLING STATION. THEY GET THAT INFO ABOUT YOU FROM THE TAEX YOU PAY, FROM THE BILLS YOU OAY IN YOUR RESPECTIVE STATE/PROVINCE. NOW THIS ISNT 100PERCENT. IF U SHOW UP AT THE POLLING STATION AND CANT FIND OUR NAME. ALL YOU DO IS SHOW A VALID PIECE OF ID WITH YOUR ADDRESS AND U ARE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE. IN GH, WE DONT HAVE ADDRESSES. THEREFORE, THE REGISTRATION SYSTEM THAT WAS CARRIED OUT SHOULD HAVE ACHIEVED THAT. ALSO, THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A PHONE NUMBER OR SPOT AVAILABLE FOR WILLING VOTERS TO GO AND REGISTER THEIR NAMES N CONSTITUENCY/REGIONS IN WHICH THEY LIVE. THERE IS NO NEED FOR A DISPLAY OF ELECTRONIC VOTING MECHANISM IN GH. ITS USELESS, AND WE ALL KNOW ELECTRONIC MACHINES DO MALFUNCTION. VERIFY NAMES MANUALLY, VOTE MANUALLY! THAT IS HOW U CONDUCT A PROPER ELECTION. AFARI GYAN, WAT A HUGE DISGRACE!
