Former Liverpool winger Ryan Babel has decided to terminate his contract with Al Ain after “certain promises were not fulfilled”, according to his agent.
The Dutchman joined the United Arab Emirates side in July from Hoffenheim after playing 91 games with the Reds from 2007 to 2011.
