Liverpool have been handed a serious blow ahead of the Premier League season after newly signed goalkeeper, Loris Karius suffered a broken hand in the game against Chelsea in the United States.
Karius is set to fly back to England and have surgery on his hand. He will be out injured for about 10 weeks.
